Discrete Mathematics II
Syllabus
Office Hours: In additional to my general office hours listed in the front page students in this class can come and see me every Monday and Wednesday 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
Text: Discrete Mathematics and its Applications, Seventh Edition, by Kenneth H. Rosen, McGraw Hill, 2012
I will be following the seventh edition but the sixth edition of the text also works. The departmental syllabus (one for each edition), and a course description is available at the Official CSI 35 page.
Exams: There will be a midterm and a final. The final exam will cover all the material. There will also be some in-class and take home quizzes.
Grading: Your grade will be calculated as follows:

| Midterm | 30% |
| Final | 50% |
There also will be some projects assigned for extra credit.
