Nominator's rationale: Full disclosure, I'm actually the original creator here, a decade ago when Wikipedia's standards for the notability of mayors, and how many of them had to have articles to justify a category for them, were very different than they are now. Under current standards, two of the four people filed here are up for AFD, because the town is too small to hand its mayors an automatic NPOL pass -- and while the other two also held office at the provincial or federal levels and thus aren't going anywhere, two people isn't enough for a dedicated mayors category. Nominator's rationale: Labs has been deprecated with the rebrand of Wikimedia Labs to Wikimedia Cloud Services. See wikitech:Help:Toolforge. While not super high priority this could be eventually done to reflect its current naming scheme. User:BryanDavis can certainly give us further context if desired. Nominator's rationale: A reshuffling in bird taxonomy left only a single page in this category. Per other instances where this has happened, I have redirected the genus article (Cicinnurus) to the article about the species, which would then be the only article in this category. 2003-2017
Nominator's rationale: delete per WP:SMALLCAT, the above subcategories are very poorly populated and the parent Category:Agreements isn't that crowded that it needs such a granular diffusion. Currently all the above categories together contain:
Treaties subcategories by year (no need to merge, because Category:Treaties is already in Category:Agreements);
5 articles about Economic adjust programs of the European Union (no need to merge, they are already in Category:Economic adjustment programmes of the European Union);
3 articles Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement, Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and Safe Schools Declaration, of which I have added two myself before realizing it was so poorly populated, these three articles should after the above deletion of subcategories be added back to the main Category:Agreements and to either Category:2010 documents or Category:2015 documents. Nominator's rationale: merge, at first instance it was intended as a merge of Category:Industrial history of the Dutch Republic with Category:Industry in the Dutch Republic per WP:OVERLAPCAT.
