Grades

Your grade in this class will be determined as follows: There will two in-class midterm tests (each taking a whole section) and a final exam. The midterm tests count cumulatively for 60% (30% each) and the final exam counts for the remaining 40%. In sum:

Quizzes 20%
Tests 40% (20% each)
Final Exam 40%

Additional extra credit may be earned with class participation, homework and projects. If you are interested in completing a project see me.

Exam dates

The first midterm will be on Wednesday March 12 and the second midterm is on Wednesday April 16. Each midterm will last the whole class period. The final exam will take place on Monday May 19, 2:00–3:00 PM at PH 22.
