Some proposed principles[edit]

I've taken a look at the evidence presented by the parties and created some proposed principles drawn directly from final decisions in past arbitration cases. Some of them may not be very appropriate in their current formulation to the case at hand, so feel free to draft new wording. The method I recommend for this is to copy and paste in new drafting (incrementing the decimal point, thus 4 -> 4.1, 3.1 -> 3.2, and so on) rather than edit in place, which can cause friction and lead to comments being unrelated to the current version. --Tony Sidaway 18:29, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
