After the analysis of /Evidence here and development of proposed principles, findings of fact, and remedies, Arbitrators will vote at /Proposed decision.. 2)Heqong should receive an indef. block plus talkpage protection in addition to indef. IP block to avoid the creation of abusive sockpuppets. Reason: wikilawyering, talkpage vandalism, lack of civity, POV pushing, and general disruption on wikipedia. This user is wasting the coommunity's patience.
