Delete - it is clearly an album cover and is being used as an image of the living singer, and not for the album. Change to nonfree rationale. This is the only image in the Nobita Nobi article, and it's used as identification, comparable to the way File:Bart Simpson 200px.png is used in Bart Simpson. I suppose there's a chance that this isn't Nobita Nobi, in which case it would have to be removed of course, but lacking any reason to doubt, we should accept it. Don't worry this image is freeto use since The file is the vector graphics of Doraemon, an anime/manga character. The person who uploaded the file to that website may or may not be the holder of the photographic copyright, but is not the holder of the character copyright and is therefore unable to license the character copyright. Delete The file has been overwritten, so there are currently two files in the history, both uploaded by the same uploader. The current file seems to be a copyright violation from Linkedin. I can't find the other file anywhere, but it is obvious from this and other PUF discussions involving the uploader that the uploader is lying about the authorship of his uploads, so we should not assume that the authorship and licensing information about the other file is correct but delete that file too. --Stefan2 (talk) 15:06, 29 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Delete Note that there are two different pictures in the history. It is obvious from various deletion discussions that the uploader is lying about authorship claims on file information pages and deletion discussions, so the uploader can't be trusted.
