User makes disruptive and poor edits on TV show-related articles. Whenever they are reverted, they restore their edit on specific pages. Earlier they targeted List of programs broadcast by The CW, List of Amazon Freevee original programming and List of Peacock original programming until they were protected for a year. Their IP range had been User:2600:4040:2800::/40 until my fourth complaint against them had the pages they were vandalising protected. It has somehow recently shifted to User:2601:14C:8000::/40. Now they've shifted to other pages. Page protections and brief blocks on their range have failed to stop them. The admins are refusing to long-term block their range over impacting other editors, even when they've hopped onto a new range where most of the recent edits are theirs.
