Delete: Another remnant of the looser inclusion "standards" in this topic area in 2008. The only known programming is national services (it was a TBN-owned repeater in its first decade, and was later sold to become a Retro TV affiliate); the only present source is about the former WGBI stations in Scranton, Pennsylvania, not the Maine-based article subject.
