Delete. Non-notable neologism. We just had Alternative facts which deals with similar issues kept by AfD earlier today. Redirect and merge into Truthiness. Whilst not as well covered as alternative facts (already), enough reliable sources can be found in international news outlets to establish notability. I therefore think we need an entry for this, but not necessarily in form of a separate article.
