The result was delete. NFOOTY only presumes and does not establish notability, which means that if notability is substantially questioned, GNG must be shown to be met - which nobody here argues is the case. Keep - There’s Noway you can delete this article (haha). But in all seriousness, the football tournament at the 2003 Pacific Games was an official OFC tournament.(www.rsssf.com/tabless/southpac03.html) I was under the impression that federation tournaments counted towards WP:NFOOTY.
