fails WP:GNG. consuls are not the highest level diplomats and simply creating a list of them doesn't confer notability. Similar recent AfDs include Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Consuls-General of Australia in Mumbai and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Consuls-General of Australia in Milan.
