Stats stub with no evidence of notability. Fails WP:GNG and WP:SPORTBASIC per my searches in Google News, DDG and ProQuest, two of which had no hits at all. If you wish to contest this, please present multiple instances of significant, detailed coverage in WP:RS to demonstrate that GNG is met by Phua.
