This viral challenge doesn't seem to meet GNG. The sources provided are a local paper with a few paragraphs about the challenge [1] and a student newspaper which discusses it in passing [2]. The local paper is the only source I could find that approaches significant coverage. All other references to this challenge in reliable sources are limited to brief mentions among lists of other Internet challenges, e.g.: [3], [4], [5]. [6].
