Caucasus edits[edit]

Armenia is near universally recognized. While 1 country (Pakistan) does not have diplomatic relations with the country due to the Nagorno-Karabakh dispute. However, since the dispute is over with, we are unsure of Pakistan's current position. Also, no diplomatic relations does not imply lack of recognition. Countries can have formal or informal diplomatic relations with each other while at the same time choosing to recognize each other or not choosing to. Please see the established consensus at List of states with limited recognition. Transnistria, South Ossetia, and Abkhazia have either zero recognition or just a few states recognizing their independence. There is a vast difference between near universal recognition and virtually no recognition. They aren't the same. Furthermore, Armenia is a member of the United Nations, while South Ossetia and Abkhazia are not. Archives908 (talk) 19:13, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Why exactly do you want so much that unrecognized puppet entity pseudo-state ("Republic of Abkhazia") to be listed in the infobox? What interest do you have? Nivzaq (talk) 17:21, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
