    Yes, this IP address is registered to a computer in the library of a public school (hence that Wayne, NJ schools vandalism). Multiple students utilize this machine each day, most of whom at some point visit Wikipedia. Over time it's to be expected that they would eventually start defacing articles. I do not condone this, but please recognize that this is not one unique individual.
