Jorge Troncoso (born June 10, 1971) is a Mexican Recording Artist. Troncoso first appeared on national television in 1993 as a contestant on the Valores Juveniles Bacardi (Mexican nation wide singing contest) of the Mexican television Televisa.

Jorge Troncoso has recorded and released two albums, Volverte a ver in 1999 and Amoribundo(Con Banda Sinaloense) in 2009.

Early life[edit]

Jorge troncoso was born in Tijuana, Baja California on June 10, 1971. Son of Mr. Jorge H Troncoso Serrano and Mrs. Leonor Landeros de Troncoso. Jorge is the second eldest of One Sister and One Brother: Cecilia Donahy, Sergio Leonardo. At such a young age showed a passion for singing, at the same age he composed his first song. Jorge chose to study a degree in Architecture and in 1993, at the age of 21. he was given the opportunity to enter Valores Juveniles Bacardi which enters as a member in this contest after his audition with the song "Unchained Melody" of Righteous Brothers.
