I don't know japanese either, but I can tell you that the information contained on the japanese page most likely concerns the use of this piece in the popular manga Nodame Cantabile, in which the title character plays this piece (I think.) It's a popular Schubert sonata that lots of pianists play today... it was also one of schubert's most popular pieces when he was alive.
