Murder Baby is a dark fantasy novel by American author G.J. Stoutimore. It is the first entry in The Knights of Sadira novel series.
Premise[edit]
The Knights of Sadira is a dark supernatural fantasy novel series telling the story of a once ancient sorority of demon slayers operating in secret in a surrealistic, cyberpunk future. Firmly entrenched between dark fantasy and horror, the series follows five women in a generational struggle to overcome darkness, both from the outside and within themselves.[1]
Murder Baby is the first of four planned novels, and follows twin narratives that follow Raffi Okamoto, a jaded and supernaturally gifted ronin seeking to conclude her final affairs before committing seppuku, and Aiko, a young innocent who is inducted into a Yakuza death cult after the murder of her parents by the Yakuza Kumicho. As Aiko loses her innocence, and Raffi is drawn back into old conflicts, their stories converge in a tale of blood, magic, angels, and demons.[2]
