• I'm not so sure this would be a good image for the selected image. There isn't much of anything around the image to show the locomotive in context and the image would be shown only at 300 pixels wide. In order to show this image well, it needs to be full-screen width, and we can't do that on the portal without fully redesigning the portal arrangement. Slambo (Speak) 12:10, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

• How about showing it this way? If the wide image template can be used, this could work. If the image is too narrow to show in the allotted space, a horizontal scrollbar shows up beneath it. Hellbus (talk) 01:21, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
