Using Parrot for Windows Macro Programming

I've just finished programming a set of macros to help me enter in data
between a text file and a web page. I wrote these macros in a subset of
visual basic within the trial version of MacroToolWorks.

I was wondering how difficult it would be to write interapplication
macros in Parrot. All it would need to do is record values from notepad
and enter it in a web page, then wait for the webpage to finish loading
before entering more data.

I think the problem I'm having is finding out how to change standard
input and standard output, changing windows basically. Then waiting for
whichever window to become ready again.
