 Meeting and exceeding client SL.

 Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.

 Adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures.

 L1 technical support, networking, CCNA, server monitoring

Desired profile:

BA/BSc/BCA/BCOM/MCA with working experience on computers with voice skills.

Basic PC Support, operating system support.

Windows, active directory, networking.

Willing to work in 24/7 work atmosphere.

Willingness to sign 1 yr service agreement.

Walkin for technical process at Igate Patni from 12th Sep'11 to 19th Sep'11 from 12PM-5PM
