Break compile into two stages, the first compiling everything we did …
…before, the second using that first stage to compile the Perl 6 setting and then making the final perl6.pbc. Also adds support for 'no Main' to suppress generating the Parrot :main method. Re-wrote Whatever's perl and ACCEPTS methods into Perl 6 as proof of concept.
